Alethea C. Kelley began her dance journey at the age of two under the guidance of Mina B. Perry, continuing her training through college. She graduated with high honors from Dean College as a dance major and earned a certificate from the prestigious Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City. Alethea later completed her Bachelor of Science in Dance Education at Jacksonville University.

Her professional teaching career began in the Lynn Public School system, while simultaneously instructing dance classes in both Salem and Lynn, Massachusetts. After relocating to North Attleboro in 2000, Alethea joined the Dimensions Center of Dance, initially teaching one class per week. Through dedication and passion, she eventually became the proud owner of the studio.

In addition to her work at Dimensions, Alethea has brought dance education to several local daycare centers and, since 2022, has been teaching dance at Amego—a facility serving individuals aged 21 to 70 with mental and physical disabilities.

Miss Alethea’s mission is to make dance accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all.

Jaiden Dumont

Jaiden began teaching at the age of 14, starting as an assistant for Alethea Kelley assisting her with the young dancers before taking on her own classes. Over the years, she has been recognized with multiple choreography awards for her creative vision and storytelling through movement. After graduating high school, Jaiden moved to California to train under Shannon Mather at Mather Dance Company, where she had the opportunity to work with renowned choreographers including Blake McGrath, Nichole Smith, Nichole Kirkland, and others.

Miss Jaiden specializes in contemporary, hip hop, and heels—styles that allow dancers to explore their individuality while connecting to powerful storytelling through movement. Her classes are known for being a safe space to explore expressive movement while building the tools and qualities dancers need to confidently transition from the competition world into the professional dance industry.

In addition to teaching, Jaiden plays a vital role behind the scenes as Dimensions’ Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. She loves capturing the energy and heart of the studio to share with the community, making sure every post reflects the spirit of Dimensions.
